It’s affordable, fast to install, easy to finish, and can be soundproofed and fire-rated. A gypsum partition wall is built with metal stud framing, gypsum boards screwed on both sides, joints taped and plastered, then sanded and painted. The finished wall looks identical to a concrete wall.

                                    We use standard gypsum board for bedrooms and living areas. Moisture-resistant gypsum for bathrooms and kitchens. Fire-rated gypsum board for commercial spaces that need Dubai Civil Defence compliance. For soundproof partition walls, we add rockwool insulation between double-layer plasterboard — this blocks 40-50 decibels of noise. Perfect for home offices, clinics, and conference rooms.
