Appliance Installation in Dubai.

New appliances in Dubai are usually delivered quickly, but installation is a different story. The store may only deliver to the door, the free installation slot may be a week away, or the installer arrives and says the connection points are wrong. Meanwhile the washing machine sits in the hallway. Our appliance installation service fixes that gap. We connect, level and test washing machines, dishwashers, cooker hoods, built-in ovens and more, and we sort out the small plumbing and fitting jobs that stop an appliance from going in.

Appliances we install

Washing machines and washer dryers

We connect the inlet hose to the cold water valve, fit the drain hose to the standpipe or under-sink trap, remove the transit bolts, and level the machine so it does not walk across the floor on the spin cycle. Many Dubai apartments have the washing machine in the kitchen or a small utility cupboard. If the space is tight, we check the depth and door clearance before we start. Forgetting the transit bolts is the most common reason a new machine bangs and shakes, and it can damage the drum.

Dryers and stacking kits

Vented dryers need a vent hose to the outside or a window kit. Condenser and heat pump dryers need a drain or a regular water tank empty. In small apartments we often fit a stacking kit to put the dryer on top of the washing machine, which saves floor space but must be fixed properly so the dryer cannot slide off.

Dishwashers

Freestanding and integrated dishwashers need a hot or cold water supply, a drain connection and a socket. For integrated models, we fit the furniture door panel to match your kitchen, adjust the feet and secure the machine to the worktop. Cooker hoods and extractors

Chimney hoods, island hoods and integrated hoods are fixed to the wall or ceiling, levelled, and connected to the duct or set to recirculation with carbon filters. Many apartments in Dubai do not have an outside duct for the kitchen, so a recirculating hood is the only option. We will tell you which one your kitchen allows.

Built-in ovens, hobs and microwaves

We fit built-in ovens and microwaves into tall housings or under the counter, and drop-in hobs into existing worktop cut-outs. Gas hobs need a qualified gas technician and approval in many buildings, so we install electric and induction hobs and leave gas connections to an approved gas company. Electric ovens and induction hobs often need a dedicated circuit, which must already be in place, and we check the rating before connecting.

Water filters and dispensers

Under-sink water filters and reverse osmosis units are very common in Dubai homes. We install the unit, fit the separate filtered water tap on the sink, connect the drain line, and flush the system before use. We also connect fridge water lines for American-style fridges with ice makers.

Other appliances

Instant water heaters, electric water heater replacement, towel warmers, ceiling fans and bathroom extractor fans are also part of our work. For water heaters we have a dedicated water heater repair service.

Before your appliance arrives

A little preparation avoids a second visit:

• Measure the space, including depth and door swing, and compare it with the appliance dimensions.
• Check there is a water valve, a drain and a socket within reach of the hoses and cable.
• For built-in appliances, check the cabinet cut-out size in the installation manual.
• Keep the manual and the fittings that come in the box, such as hoses, brackets and screws.

If something is missing, such as an isolation valve or a drain spigot under the sink, our plumbers can add it on the same visit.

Old appliance removal

When you replace an old washing machine or dishwasher, we disconnect it, cap the connections and move it out of the way. Many stores take the old unit when they deliver the new one, so check this when you order. If not, we can advise on where to take it.

For landlords and property managers

Between tenancies, landlords often replace a washing machine, cooker hood or water heater. We can collect the appliance details from you, install it in an empty apartment and send photos of the finished installation and the running test. This is useful if you live abroad or manage several units in JVC, Dubai Sports City or International City.

Testing and handover

Every installation ends with a test. We run the washing machine on a short cycle to check for leaks at the hoses and the drain, run the dishwasher and check the door seal, switch on the hood at every speed and check the oven heats. We show you the water valves so you know how to isolate the appliance if needed, and we leave the area clean.
