Al Khail Road and Umm Suqeim Street connect it quickly to Downtown, Al Barsha and the rest of new Dubai.

Because the community is so new, a lot of homes here are still being lived in for the first time. That brings its own kind of maintenance. Silicone that was applied quickly at handover shrinks and pulls away in the first year. Doors drop slightly as hinges settle. Hairline cracks appear at the joints of gypsum ceilings and above door frames as the building settles in its first summers. None of this is serious, but it is annoying, and it is much easier to fix early. Villa owners here also invest in gardens and outdoor living, so pergolas, outdoor lighting, terrace tiling and garden-side painting are common requests.
